Simple. Reliable. Neighborly.
How It Works
From your hamper to your door — clean, folded, and back the next day.
Schedule Your Pickup
Text or email us to book a pickup time that works for you. We'll confirm your appointment and come straight to your door — no drop-off required.
Reach us at 224-392-5670 or laundrylady@neighborhoodhamper.com. We're flexible and happy to work around your schedule.
We Pick Up Your Laundry
We come to your home and collect your laundry. We'll weigh it on the spot so you know exactly how many loads you have before we start.
One load is approximately 10–12 lbs — about a week's worth of clothes for one person. No surprises.
We Wash, Dry & Fold
Your clothes are washed with care using quality detergents. Hypoallergenic and scent-free options are available — just ask.
We treat every item with attention. Specialty items like comforters and sheets are handled separately.
Next-Day Delivery
Your fresh, neatly folded laundry is delivered back to your door the very next day.
Same-day service is available for an additional $15 per load when scheduling allows.
